Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made on order to provide you your specific product. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or a sizing issue.

Damaged or Misprinted Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or misprinted product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product, providing clear photos of the damage or misprint.

b. Include clear photos of the damaged or misprinted item in your email.

c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made products that are not damaged or misprinted are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review and confirm your order details before placing it.
